Yes. I start with a short review of what is there and give you an honest assessment before proposing any changes.

Yes — embedded in your team and tools, with regular communication and clear ownership of what I take on.

What happens after launch?

I can stay on for maintenance and new features on a retainer, or hand over fully with documentation. Your choice.
